Trim and Toned Program
Our Trim and Toned sessions are designed to enhance your pet's mobility and comfort, helping them live their best life. Perfect for dogs who have already developed a base of strength and balance, this program focuses on building muscle, improving joint flexibility, and promoting weight loss. Regular, controlled exercise is key to maintaining muscle tone, reducing pain, and alleviating stiffness, keeping pets of all ages more comfortable and active.
This five-session program is specifically created to boost your pet’s strength, mobility, and long-term vitality. Each session includes both physical and mental stimulation, encouraging the release of feel-good endorphins that will leave your pet wagging their tail with joy!
Program Includes:
4 x 30-minute aqua treadmill sessions in our heated aqua treadmill
1 free progress assessment or additional aqua treadmill session (valued at $140) after completing the program without rescheduling
Session Details: Each 30-minute session is quick yet effective, targeting muscle strengthening, joint flexibility, and alleviating discomfort. The warm aquatic environment offers a low-impact yet challenging workout, ideal for pet parents with busy schedules.
The Progress Assessment allows us to measure improvements in your pet’s weight loss progress, muscle tone, mobility, and overall wellbeing. This allows us to adjust the program to suit your dog’s evolving needs and celebrate their achievements along the way.
Important Note: To maximise benefits, sessions should ideally be scheduled no more than two weeks apart. Less frequent sessions may reduce the effectiveness of the program.

This program can be combined with other packages like Super Paws and Relax and Rejuvenate.
Please note that additional therapies such as massage, phototherapy, ultrasound, NMES, or more advanced exercises are not included in the Trim and Toned program.
